Due to the nature of agricultural seeds, returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide a product replacement.
Opened seed packets or products exposed to improper storage conditions by the buyer are strictly non-returnable.
